Yes you're quite right, we must think in order to clearly define our goals, we must think in order to assess whether we are moving towards or away from our goals; however when it comes to the markets... thinking can be a less than optimal way to operate.

Please understand, i believe there's nothing wrong with thinking... when we're not in a trade or preparing to take a trade; but when we're either in a trade or preparing to take a trade i believe thinking can blind us to the realities of the markets.

This is why i asked... why are you "thinking"... if the opportunity meets the clear rules of your strategy... i believe you don't need to think before executing, if the opportunity doesn't meet the clear rules of your strategy... there's no point in thinking!!!

ok my friend .. i will try to help you as everybody helps me on this thread ..
Support and resistance are the leveles when the price stop acorrding the history .. So you have to be carefully overthere.. For example on point "A" as you can see below on the chart that i post was a long set up but i didn't catch it because above was a strong resistance and it was statisticlly according the history high propapillity to stop again .. So although i see the set up i didn't entry because of the strong resistance .

So on this case you have to wait the price to brake the resistane and after this the same level will become a support . IF THIS TAKE PLACE is excellent entry, point "B". You can set your SL below this .. Your take profit it's good to be on the next RESISTANCE (red line ) ..

With a few words PLAY BETWEEN SUPPORT-RESISTANCE..
