Quick question, I noticed you had a large vertical line on one of the xpMA buy signals on the NZD/USD chart. This line is plotted on my charts too, but only on certain pairs. Any idea as to why this is happening?
edit: It appears that these lines are on all of the charts that use the xpMA indicator, however they are positioned out of average chart viewing rage. I shrunk the vertical scale on my other charts and the same lines/arrows appeared as well.Ignored
DislikedI got stopped out on my Eur/Usd. Cubbygood, as I was watching the trade develop I had a reversal of trend signal (not just an opposite buy signal) come up a couple of bars before my s/l was hit.
Have you ever used that reversal as an early entry or will the trade sometimes continue in your favor after that?Ignored
DislikedI tried to post this upon entering, but by the time I got it posted trade had already progressed in my favor.
H1 also confirms a long. I like to check higher timeframes personally.
London session almost over so volume will probably dry up, so I'll watch closely. Going for 20 pips, seems like there's room.

DislikedWally, are you using the correct heiken_Ashi_ma_T3-1 that is adjusted to work with 5 digit brokers? I say this because my EUR/GBP chart had not given me an HA buy signal in the same pair yet.Ignored
DislikedI was following your trade on my charts too and I noticed that the trend reversal signal of the xmpa you refer to that developed around 15:00 gmt is no longer there. I think it disappeared before the candle closed.
It is now showing signs of continuing the downtrend.Ignored
DislikedMan the fact that 3 people have 3 different signals is worrying me slightly... I am sure there is a logical answer to this, but at the moment it eludes me.Ignored

Those are not the same settings I have. Mine are MA period of 34 with an MA type of 1. Plus I have a parameter above MA period for time frame. Looks like we're using different versions. I'll have to go back and check what's up.Ignored

DislikedI was unaware of this problem before I started this thread. Means everybody will get different results. That means the profit I received from oct may not mean profit for others.
I hate this realisation. Everybody is just going to have to test this system on there broker to see if it's profitable.Ignored
DislikedI have a question cubby. You said youve been trading for 6 yrs and you have traded this method for a month and have decided it is a good system. What makes this a good system, a winning month? If you had said this have a winning record over a few yrs you would have my attention. So why trade 3% for something you have no clue will perform past 1 month? Thats not what an experienced trader would do thats my 2 cents to warn you so you wont take another beating.Ignored
