TIP: if we get a hourly close above 2920 then to me its straight bullish other wise if closed under 2920 then straight bearish,

so around 2923 not exactly clear, but it's looking down again now 1.2917

I am as much confused as the market seems to be right now. I look at the eur/jpy hourly and I wonder what is actually going on in the PA. It wouldn't be wise to hold onto any shorts would it - considering that there is a BOJ meet on Sunday and that the new month begins...

New month begins late next week.
As for BOJ, the expectation is for another 10 trillion yen in easing and I'm pretty convinced they will do it. If they do, that's Yen negative.

Is the BOJ meeting on Nov. 1st to discuss the stimulus package?

The BOJ monetary policy and rate statement is on Tuesday 30th October. 1st November is when they release the minutes of the meeting.

So the stimulus package (if there is one) will be announced on Tuesday (or Monday night depending on your time zone) In your case, it's probably Monday afternoon LOL

I've been doing a lot of research in regards to Japan and their fundamental problems. Seems as though something is going to happen real soon as far as needing to weaken their currency. Many analysts (who have a good track record) are all pretty much in agreement with a major trend reversal with the USD/JPY...

Yep... I'm looking for 84 or 85 to start with... then we'll see.

ADD: There's loads of room to the upside, even if it is only a slight correction.
