I thought there was a hidden bullish divergence, but the low was again broken after it showed the divergence doest it mean it not a valid divergence?

Well I am not the biggest student of trendlines so I will give a you quick view of what I see....

The rise from 1.204x to 1.317x exactly tapped the 78% retrace level of the swing down 1.348x to 1.204x that is normally a max level for a retrace so I work on the assumption that the correction is complete unless 317x gives way.

Next I look at the swing retrace of the swing 1.204x to 1.317x which is a big move to continue without retrace and all the time we are between those prices I assume a retrace is happening.
The retrace has so far only completed around 30% which is shallow and has yet to make a lower low than point wA on chart and retraces normally would make a least 1 lower low.

So my bias is short for more retrace and I won't reconsider that until either 1.317x gives or until we are below 1.28 and preferably having met a normal target zone for retrace.

It does not mean it will all work out like that, but I trade probability based on these scenarios so that is where I am.

You're treating the initial move up as an impulse then - if it is one its a pretty horrible looking one. The only way I can make it one is with multiple nested extensions. But then again trying to label it as a correction is pretty messy too. I don't have a count going back further enough but surely the long term count should already dictate whether the move up was a correction or an impulse?

I am treating 1.204x to 1.317x as upward swing and adding correction analysis to that swing I do not do long running EW counts - too complicated and not necessary for how I trade. But if you analyse that swing on a 1 or 4 hour timeframe you can get a further breakdown if you want - but it is history until 317x or 204x gives way it is just the last hi/lo swing for me anyway
