I think this morning's upward push was just to shake the tree, and I agree with your view on the longer term outlook being negative for euro before any serious recovery

Okay, well my 1st entry seems to be support... LOL... stopped out at break even.

2nd entry @ 1.3006 after low volume decline. Same drill as last time...

yes.and if you see my last forecast(yesterday) you could get some profit shaking the tree.you are right about serious recovery,I think any body wanting to go long for a long term must wait for the serious recovery which's not yet emerged.

You kind of have to plan ahead of time.. If the plan doesn't pan out, it means you are wrong to begin with, so why trade? Make another plan... My line in the sand for shorts was a failure at 25. I didn't get it. The long didn't get anywhere,so now I need another plan based on what's going to print...

i hear lately many experienced traders saying that. i am not in a position to criticize them, maybe they are so knowledgeable that do not need TF. however, for an average Joe like me, time is important, it gives me some precious info about the momentum, the speed of the rise and fall, it will tell me the angle of rise and fall. how long it took to go up x points, and how long it took to fall y points. market price is not just a long bar where you see price going up and coming down.

btw, one of my rules right there at the top is I always take the second signal. Never the first. If I only get one, then it goes without me.

You seem to have studied theory of finance and math.

Self i am not using Greeks on option/stocks/futures trading or any mathematical model i could rely on.

I only using spread technique, comparing different markets breakouts/price levels and different broker volumes to "exploit" weaknesses and trying to profit.

Looks like 65/70 is on play again.

Timing is really important when it comes algotrading.
They think they are smarter than I am.

Time Frames are OHLC candles that are artificially made depending on the time used in your platform.

momentum, displacement, velocity, range, volatility of course are important....
What I mean is that looking at a 1 minute or tick, 5 minute or Hour you should be able to look at the same picture.

no.... just based on my intraday charts.. for a long now, I would like the price to go back up above 3002.. or below 79 and back up (this one is a higher tf, so that would take some time).. it's all levels/pa and a couple of other things..

here the 25 that was not touched (highest intraday chart).. My levels rarely fail as you can see (these have been there forever, they do change but very slightly.. only the minor ones). Also note the long lower shadows on the previous candles right off 34.. That's why I can't short this thing (one of the reasons)..
