I know what you mean mate.
I suck big style and I made fool of myself.
Recently I was busy and was working something like 2 weeks 11hrs a day plus commuting and had no time to trade. So I wanted to earn some more (like 1 quid ;-)) and I started loosing. greed kicked in, I just can;t fight my demons :-)
I was doing well, and now after longer break I suck. I re-read the manual twice, and somehow I just couldn't cope with first 3 loosing trades which gave me only 3% of loss. Revenge mode kicked in iso common sense. Tomorrow is day again, but I needed to get the 3% back today. How silly it is?
I won;t be trading this week as I am working till end of week. So I added 5.12 to make my starting balance equal 25 Quid. I'll do my best to stick to rules this time. If I'll screw this time I'll just quit forex as maybe it's not for me.

This made my day .I can read your mind and frustrations mate , trust me I have been there , and I am glad I am past that miserable state.You need to lose a few times to get to where I am today , its not easy , trust me

tafa, I see you're getting there. only few trades so still hard to judge your system, but at least you have good mm with about 3% of risk per trade.
keep it going mate, be patient and keep it going.

Thanks man , I will post the new .xls I am using ,my system is very simple as well , refined and the signals are not bad , I can easily get 50 pips per week.I am a bit comfortable now , that experience with GBPCHF opened these doors , some things happen for a reason.I mus stress , my system is one of the simplest , it just needs a patient man

and a question to tafa: why you never trade straight to dolar pairs? why you always trade crossovers? on the end of the day dollar is involved anyway.
am asking as I never tried to trade pairs without dollar

To prove that my system works , I want to tell you something now before it happens .
Buy EURJPY and put stop anywhere below 102.90 and take profit @ 104.03.Just do this one and see what happens .Be patient , the market might spend the next 4 hrs going round and round , but you will win this one at the end of the day

I'll keep watching it, but I won;t trade. I want to stick to my system only to see how profitable it is. It is my last try. If it won't work, I'll stop trading and will try to expand my self employment side businesses

Remember I almost quit this thing as well , until something happened , there is no better business than trading.Anyway , keep watching it , I am off coz I don't like staring at this thing whilst it dances up and down .I have put my stop loss and take profit and that's it .Se ya

Just saw this a little while ago (first time I've seen your thread) and thought it would be fun to see.

So when I saw this post price was at 103.50 so I marked a buy. I've also marked your TP at 104.03 and I marked a stop at 102.80. Let's watch.
