Its the number itself or better calling it the weekly candle - this was the last resistance touched before the down trend continue and move the extra 1000 pip mile. so, i was just looking at it and thinking ... i shared the number / candle with everyone , in hopes that maybe he has a comment or a line on the same line or above or below.

yea (60/62) but double top on daily @ 85 might play bigger roll , these levels come to play after taking 3170/90 which is very strong until taken out

yeah I noticed the dax is really struggling with resistance which is not good for "risk" hang seng is pulling the load.
Before Forex I was tall, and clean shaven. Now I am an Ewok.

I agree Mohan, but it could go there with the right sentiment in the air ! ( Not today ofcourse , this week or the next one - but could play as a very tough stone )

i am waiting for $yen to hit 80 to short aj , i was stupid enough to close aj long @ 82.05 , i though i going to give me pull back to reload next sec. it spiked to 16 ,

ps long building on aj for higher target

a little tip

price is never precise.

1.3300 could be what you are looking at....then combined with whatever geo-political and macro economic event when we get there...combined with supply and demand can give us an idea whether the market is actually taking this upward.


here is a little insight on some useless mental masturbation.

if you build a monte carlo or even a basic model of random numbers with the inputs of the Euro historical monthly volatility or even daily*squared root of time.

you see that even if the equilibrium of the market is at 1.30, you will get outliers at 1.37 level in a normal distribution of returns at three standard deviations.

I think instead of focusing on precision it is best to understand the possible random noise inside what is possible volatility....and the most important thing becomes what is the mean or your point zero....what is your drift.

true, it still has room up there..ill try to play it till 82,22 again...otherwise i should move out

foooker moved a bit! I thouth 74 was rejected on eu-nada...we still have a play up...foookers!

if you can observe a positive drift then you will be one step ahead of everyone.

what is a positive drift? is basically is money coming into the asset or out of the asset even at a .00002% your long biased t/p will have more probability of being hit than your s/l when you account for normal volatility.

if the equilibrium is zero then the movements are assumed to be random...at that point it is the distance from the mean that makes the limit orders more susceptible....I am of the idea that the market is not completely random.

otherwise i would not be speculating.

most patterns you see are just that....subjective patterns that can be interpreted different according to how your brain fixes those patterns and all other pre determined ideas that you hold.

but look for momentum in the patterns, acceleration, deceleration, and is money coming into the asset or out.

Exactly. Looking for a short if it shoots to over R2/1.3100 I sort of expect NY or London close to give us a false break before coming down. Interestingly, gold is rather quiet.
