I guess the reason that ucad is in no hurry to get to parity soon is ongoing QE3.

On the other hand I hear that Canadian retailers in the border area are going bankrupt in bunches since border shopping in US is very attractive now, especially since US has raised duty free shopping by 400% or something like that.

1.30742 is where market makers or decent sellers are. 1.30724 is where if going below buyers start to cover.
