Maybe not in the next hour or two but I believe it 3100 will be tested again. I also think itll test the high from a couple of weeks ago 3172.

Yes, I know that the pair has been in a fierce up trend the past few days but for crying out loud there are many indications on numerous different time frames that say that the pair will go south.

I just don't understand...

for me personally i was holding back as i feel things are quite volatile atm with the summit going on and us elections taking place relatively soon.

that being said i rarely try to pick tops/bottoms/reversals but instead wait for things to become a little established before i jump in

i guess what i am saying is that for me it really is a game of follow the leader

i wanted to add that at the beginning of my trading career i was much bolder but after getting burned more than once and losing some money in the process i have become less bold. a little older now, not necessarily wiser, but definitely less bold in the markets.

oi oi oi... It's not that simple.. If it were, then we would all have that line that will make us ze millions.. That was the first step. Second step, is it has to stay above it, and that will be dictated by the PA..

Staying above, would give me a failure at taking 70 to the downside.. If that happens, it should send it back up to the 3120 area..That would mean, on the higher TF a failure at 3115 and that would send it up to 3170 and maybe a little bit higher.. like a cascading effect.. Kind of how I see things..

problem is the lowest TF I'm working with would very much like 47.. and not taking 70 to the upside makes that likely..

daily candle looks bearish for now - do you think it has to close over 1.3096 ?

Here's one of my rules.. When you're looking for turns, look at the lower TFs. When you are looking for continuation look at the higher ones.

it may move up from here but it a test of the recent lows maybe coming first, i was long from 60 took my profit at 70 (because that was a counter trend trade so I am not as willing to let it run for 20+ pips like I would with a trend trade)
Be hopeful in a winning position, and fearful in a losing position.

although the yesterday candle is a doji (spinner) and that means indecision, nothing more, nothing less..

it closed higher so a little upside bias there..
