Please for heaven's sake is there any one out there who has experience with these three pairs EU,EA,AU. because I am trying to carry out some research work on their correlation. It seems they have chain reaction.

The best thing he could have done was come onto the thread with images of his trades and we would have given him pointers about whether he should have taken the trades etc etc.

He came and asked for help. I began by giving some good general advice, regarding trading.....the same that was given to me and countless other traders. Instead of continuing the discussion he immediately accused me of attacking him, and then proceeded to argue point by point with me on everything I said. If he knows everything already, then why ask for help?

I don't have the time or energy to argue with ultra defensive people who come here and ask for help, and then argue at the first opportunity.

There are many more deserving people than him.

Take care today because the EU Economic Summit could spring a few surprises on us. I don't know if and/or when any news of the summit will begin emerging, but the market will no doubt react to it, so take care

It's not that 'it seems' that they have chain reaction, they have it because EA, like all cross pairs (EurChf, AudCad, EurGbp, GbpJpy...) is a by-product of EU & AU, specifically EU/AU = EA (1.3088/1.0375 = 1.2614)

Then how do you think someone can more confidently combine these tomore profitably place trade?

Two ways of looking at this.

The more corelated pairs you trade, the greater the risk.

For very experienced traders, they can exploit these corelated trades.

But for us mortals, there are many easier ways of getting pips from just a couple of non-corelated pairs.

I only two non-corelated pairs, very simple !!

You can't, simply because one (EA) is just the mathematical calculation derived from EU/AU: by the time one of these 2 moves, EA is simultaneously updated too.
If EU & AU move in the same direction (up) & roughly the same amount of pips, it doesn't tell you anything about EA (it won't move much), it only tells you that the US$ is weak against both the € & the Australian$
You can use EA as hedging against certain positions in EU & AU but that's it and it's certainly beyond the scope of what we discuss here under the Genesis banner.

If price will break S2 and the Genesis signal shows on EA then I think I should short to close @ S3. What is your view?

EA is sitting on S1, not S2 but stoch is not well positioned at this time for a short entry. EU summit will have a bearing on this pair though, so we need to bear that in mind

Oh yeah it's not a big deal at all. It's not often that I end in a daily loss, but it's just a little one so it's not an issue

If you're scalping or scaling in winners with the LTF Matrix setup, only take trades with the H1 PA bias..
ie. IF H1 PA is up only take M5 long setups as per RJ's post 1 rules..
If you're a newbie & don't know what PA is.. then take a look at the H1 5ma slope before you pull the trigger.. if it is up long only, or short if is down..
trading is not an exact science.. but sometimes, there's beauty in simplicity.. fwiw
