20:1 means you can trade 20x your account balance. With $5,000 you can trade one full lot of $100,000 (5,000 x 20)................................ it should in fact be 19:1 (Don't ask this time).

It can go anywhere any time. News keep on building every second. I am looking at a possible Lower High Formation. Seems to be an ideal one.

Many times when we look back at the chart, wonder how come we missed such an obvious thing. Because we look at history without a news expectation.

Been trading about 10 months, have good weeks and bad weeks. But everyday I see things when Im closing down for the day and Im studying my charts for the following day, and I think, how the hell didnt I see that at the time...

I think/hope it something that I will only gain from experience...

Kind of like long in the low 1.20s??

I have so much respect for you for saying you will buy every 100 pips it drops (when it was in the 1.22s and 1.23s) because you knew almost guaranteed it would rally at least 500 pips, which it did a couple weeks later.

In hindsight, my goodness that was an extremely obvious trade. Maybe one day I will be patient enough to make those intraweek trades..

Keep a checklist to fill before making a trade:

1. Right time ________________ (Session, time, volume)

2. Is it moving and not a dead market ________

3. Is it at xx% fib __________

4. Has it broken the line and candle closed _________

5. Have I checked bigger/smaller TF __________

6. Is it a H&S formation _________

etc etc etc

The only issue is, by the time you have completed the checklist, pa would be trading 50 pips away therefore start early on.

I do suspect, that CNY-data will be (as usual) very much in line with expectation ... but that's just a guess.
If things will show otherwise, then aussie surely will react accordingly ... especially when GDP will make a surprise.
