here is why....

retrace of swing down 1.307x to 1.282x has hit 78.6% normally a max for a retrace, but also the coincides with my lower target zone (lower blue line).

There is another target zone up there @ 50 so for my money if we go above 30 then retrace is most likely over and 50 highly probable and maybe a lot more, therefore I would wait to short until then.

but in the meantime I like to short below the 78% and first target line

edit: and above 307x puts us in a position for being in the 31xx zone
it seems that no matter what you predict - it all comes true as this things flaps around like a fish on deck....

I took a long position at 1.30884 , with SL 8 Pips under it ... i don't like the way shorts are behaving plus Asia opened on gains on equities and big gains - which something i didn't expect !

Could go to 1.3150 before retreat to 1.3050, or lower retracement to 1.3035 though I think it will stay above 1.3000 level with all the bailout hopes.

I got out. This isn't good. It's been on that 10pip range for hours.
It's up on H1 but down on H4. D1 is very close to going down too.
If this goes down, I'll regret letting go of that sell entry at the top.. >.<
Will wait for New York or Mid London.

Upside I see - 313x then 317x a break of 317x for 325x

Downside is looking messed up at the moment, we are probably going to see one of these numbers first

Nothing seams to feel right anymore. Usually Asia reverses NY big moves. PA sits around during Asia and moves so slowly. This seams like a good level to short but I'm not taking it.

Closed most of my longs but still have one open at 1.3020 and TP 1.3200/50.

Yes , but It begs the question alot of people ignored yesterday - and even me late in the day , who will short the Euro with Gains on Equities and Spain Bail out dream !

I am short XAU/USD, but waiting for opp on EUR/USD. Quite a bit of volume pushing it up. Also, want to see what the tea & crumpet gang will do at the opening. Some Spanish official might reiterate that Spain is not taking bailout yet. Bond yields might also be a cue.

You know Mohan , i suspected that - but usually these suckers play with it one hour before London , and they always leave it alone half an hour before London ... so i made my bet accordingly, and moved the SL to BE , hoping for best .

But i agree with Attile's statement yesterday " their Behavior is random ".

it doesn't meeter how much your selling , what matter is where you selling , retailer helping broker to fill all order internally
