Just found some time to watch these fantastic documentaries.

First, it is very interesting who is going to burst first Europe or USA and watch it.

Secondly, I am trying to imagine how it would affect us Traders, I mean we are bounded to the financial institutions, markets and etc. Will we have anything to trade except from equities if stocks and currencies will be worthless...?

During times of extreme fear, capital always flows to US bonds. Look what happened in 2008 while the US banking system and mortgage markets were imploding.

Japan PM plans new economic stimulus by end Nov - Kyodo

Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda plans a new round of economic stimulus by the end of next month as the country has entered a lull, Kyodo News reported, quoting sources close to the prime minister. The steps are expected to include measures to curb deflation, ease the yen's appreciation, expand earthquake reconstruction work and relax regulations on businesses, the news agency reported. Noda will hold an extraordinary Cabinet meeting Wednesday to instruct his ministers to map out the plan, Kyodo said. I believe the situation will be a bit different this time. The banks were the ones who were blamed for and suffered, so people and investors were running to safe heavens from all the markets and anything that can possibly hurt them financially. The bonds must have had a different meaning, a meaning of safe investments...

In this case ( I am going to quote one of the videos) " it is going to be the country which will have to be be bailed out not the banks" so I would not think that the Bonds will be treated in the same manner.

What is mentioned in that video is something that will take a decade or two to play out. By then maybe the EuroZone will have it's shite sorted out. If not, then it will in fact be the US bonds. There's nowhere else to go.

I see this as a set up for the big money taking long term positions before a fundamental event. I am not sure about the final outcome, but lets take example of US election and price may continue rally up before the event and big players get a secure position on Sale, before that smart money uses low volume market to inject favourable volume to rally up the price.

Anyways it would be a good swing for me if price reaches 1.3180 zone and I would happily build my Sale posions thereafter on my Live account.

Be careful, Daily chart almost reached the resistance level of 103.41.

its not good to enter new position now,instead you trail your position & wait to see if bullish continuation or a retracement.
