got it.. the last line up is 3025 on my chart.. It should do that, but it can also fail here at the dotted one, 3009 (it's a minor for me)... There is also a nice bearish divergence on RSI with an M in the making.. If it goes down from here, I'll see where I can pick it up (from lower probably..). 3025 is also a daily/weekly level..

here is why....
retrace of swing down 1.307x to 1.282x has hit 78.6% normally a max for a retrace, but also the coincides with my lower target zone (lower blue line).
There is another target zone up there @ 50 so for my money if we go above 30 then retrace is most likely over and 50 highly probable and maybe a lot more, therefore I would wait to short until then.
but in the meantime I like to short below the 78% and first target line
edit: and above 307x puts us in a position for being in the 31xx zone
