50 pip trade on EU, after NFP
Entry on cross of TDI, confirmed with lower timeframe momentum
waited for upward resistance to break (black line)

Took 2 trades today on M15 EUR/USD. As phx62 mentioned few times, on monday price contuines to follow the asian session as London opens.

Trade 1: Purely TMS rule took the trade on TDI Cross with 20 pip SL and TP.

Trade 2: Divergence trade with TDI confirmation. 20 pip profit was hit.

Total = 40 Pips.

Im coming back to trade this method in my spare time while at work, I have been away from trading it for 6 months as I have started in the city as a futures trader.

yes im using an example.

also do you know any good indicator that draw simple lines for daily/weekly/monthly lows and highs?

i have this MTF_HI_LOW v1 but to be honest it's flawed because the text of "monthly/weekly/daily" is cut half on the right side of the monitor lol

early entry:

- TDI was about to cross
- 50% retracement
- previous candle was a pullback candle

a bit of drawdown, but managed to get 43 pips

Hello,

I entered 1 candle after Munirpt, saw the TDI bounded and entered long.
Got stopped out -22pips.
Any comments to help with trade entry? Still not sure how to spot my mistakes.

I see many questions asking "what did I do wrong".....maybe nothing....but most of the time those traders just need to study and learn how price acts and reacts, learn market structure, learn divergnce, learn S/R or supply/demand, learn when to stay out of the markets, learn what times to trade, etc. Trading becomes much easier when you begin to understand these things. It is a continuing learning experience.
This week has been one of those weeks where "reading" the market makes trading fun.
1st trade....LO on a day when banks were closed...took a smaller target....noticed a long trend from the Friday before....threw a fib on it and when it retraced to the 38 and reversed, I knew that leg 2 would equal leg 1 (ended up 2 pips different).....entry occurred right at LO.....traded accordingly....Today took a trade at LO based on PA......had some drawdown (17 pips) but stuck it out ....TDI had already crossed...closed for +31 on a pullback from what turned out to be the high of the day.....saw a subsequent test of that high and another pullback....entered short...hit TP.
