not quite..for me, the main support is 1.2750, was previous resistance now is strong support on daily and weekly...but, it could not be necessary to go there, and become inside of that triangle, with minimum at 1.2830, wchich is indeed other support, less strong, but relative strong support! and after will try test the maximum before 1.3170 in order to prccedd with AB=CD on daily and weekly, to 1.3500...

If I trade from my chart at 8 hours, I should put immedittly SL at breakeven, because the cenario is not completed, and we will se price reaching 1.2830, to complete the triangle...we should start buying small LONG positions...I´ve risked a little on entering with medium position in one time...let´s see, maybe close at BE, and prepare to enter log again with small position at 1.2830 and if fall, another at 1.2750...if I do it, I´ll post the call here in real time, as allways!

My view based on my charts is to wait a retracement at 1.2900/10 form there to enter a short till 1.2810/20

Trying a long here at 595

tempted to do that, suspicious that is too early to enter long, 30 pips lower would be perfect, but if not hold at 1.2830, only will long again at 1.2750. for now, still seeing the moovement, but in 2 hours I have to go out!so, have to decide till there..

There are 2 concepts to understand in trading. One, market is forward-looking. It always looks ahead. The pertinent question to ask in trading is not "What just happened?", The stock market usually looks ahead about 6 to 12 months. However, the forex market only looks ahead for the next 1 to 3 months. For example, the market has been looking ahead for ECB and FED to do 2 things since mid-July. EURUSD was expecting ECB to introduce some sort of bond buying for troubled countries like Spain. And for FED to unleash QE3 to help pull the US out of its doldrums. Both of these programs were unveiled in September, which gives the time lead of about 1.5 to 2 months. This explains why EURUSD formed an inverted head and shoulders and turn bullish on mid-July.

Two, because the market is forward-looking, the better question to ask is "What's happening next?" So what is happening next? What is the next BIG news that the market is anticipating for? The next BIG news is for Spain to request for an official bailout. So the ECB's OMT policy can be officially started. The market expectation for the bailout is a matter of when, not if. When is Spain going to ask for bailout? There is some news from the Obama Administration to delay the bailout request until after the US presidential election on 6th November. So it has to happen before or after the presidential election. From what i can gather, my best guess is either between 20-31st October or 12-16th November.

From the technicals point of view, EURUSD is in a possible ABC wave correction. The bailout request is consider to be bullish for euro. Watch for it to turn either at 1.2740-50 (38.2% retracement) or 1.2600-10 (50.0% retracement) BEFORE the bailout becomes front page news.

Nevermind the paltry 0.346% interest payment, which is the third lowest ever on three-year notes. Buyers across the board showed up in strength to the auction, with a bid-to-cover ratio of 3.96, the highest in at least three years. from the 1M candles i see small chunks of short covering and big long red candles, can this be a bearish signal ?

Look to go long at 682. The 78.6 retracement level seems to be holding for now...

Morgan Stanley recommended going long on EURUSD yesterday at 1.2950 with SL 1.2870, now they are out of the trade.
