So we are right on the spot, now the market shall turn around and if we are lucky we will see a move up. Breaking the line of the downtrend will give us more indication of the actual state of the market, stoch is pretty low and is reassuring us about the upcoming move to the north.

1 to 1 correction on h1 was overbalanced which, I think, it indicates that the market might have the last run-up before heading south or already is starting its decline. In either case, I will wait for the first minor correction before entering either way.

Now, it's entirely a case of betting on Spanish politics. And that will prove more risky than ever before. The extent of the onus now on Spain was made clear by ECB President Mario Draghi at his press conference on Thursday, when he appeared to suggest that the central bank had gone as far as it will go. There were no concessions on the conditionality that Spain will have to face when and if it asks for a bond-buying program, and Mr. Draghi said he and the other board members hadn't even discussed an interest cut that might have helped the euro zone's, and particularly Spain's, troubled economies. So now, it's all up to Madrid. For the moment, the pressure on Mariano Rajoy's government to rush into a request is pretty light. The country has already raised 90% of the money it needs to stay afloat this year, and the success of its latest bond auction on Thursday indicates that investors are still happy to support the country for now. Of course, their support is predicated on the assumption that Spain will seek help, that bond yields will fall back and that the euro itself will then rally. Nonetheless, investors could be doing themselves a serious disservice. There is plenty of talk that Spain will make its formal request as early as next week, timing it ahead of the next summit of European Union leaders in the middle of the month. Publication of Spain's latest budget plans a week ago have raised expectations that Mr. Rajoy is getting ready to cave in and do just this. However, with regional elections in Galicia and Pais Vasco on October 21 and Catalonia on November 25, Mr. Rajoy would probably much prefer to wait. A delay would certainly be supported by Germany, which is still hoping that the longer Spain waits, the less chance there will be that it will actually have to make a formal request for a bailout. German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble repeated this week that Spain should not hurry. But this is where the risk comes in. The longer that Mr. Rajoy waits, and the more that the Spanish economy slows down, the greater the fiscal slippage will be. Matters will be made worse in the meantime if the lack of certainty over Spain's plans, and probable budget target problems in other debtor countries such as Greece, start to push yields higher. Then, Spanish politicians may be confronted by an even greater crisis. Their borrowing costs will start rising again and the German Bundestag will likely seek even more onerous conditionality in the hopes that this will keep Spain on the straight and narrow in the future. Investors who have been betting on the euro could then find that the single currency's fortunes are in even greater doubt than they were before, with the region's fourth largest economy on the brink of default and with the ECB and European politicians having little ammunition left to stop it. friday before nfp data it was hard to break 1.2970 all day, atm 1.2970 is a good support it seems if we can have a clear break we may go under 1.2950 in my opinion.
