At 1.2981 we have 1 to 1 correction on eurusd, depending on the type do the correction of that latest move, we might go either way. On the smaller timeframe it looks like the impulse is heading south however, eventually it may end up as a part of the correction of the higher degree. I would look at some kind of bounce up from this level and then I will try to figure out the situation base on the price action at the time.

Yep. Now I'm showing south to around 1.2968 before a bounce.

the way I see is that we might be at a support level at the moment.

1.3000 if the market believes the Euro is fairly valued at that price then undoubtedly it is a good area to build a long position.

this is key due to the fact that if the average price is in fact 1.3020 then as it stands the currency is oversold.

if the equilibrium lies southwards and in fact 1.30's is not the fair market price.

after the last leg up.... a correction is expected, but sometimes it ranges before going up further.

If this 1 to 1 correction holds I will be taking a long position once the market will close above the downtrend line of the latest short move from the top and then it must close on the h1 chart above that line at least 5 pips before I will actually enter the market.
