at least it is good having US holiday on Monday.

this means Tuesday will start early in the morning around ~03:00 ~04:00 gmt+3

Mondays usually has low volume

US has a long weekend, when they come back, risk appetite will be bigger.

so as said most probably Tuesday will start early.
