Lets say there is offers at 1.2990/300 and more at 1.3020/25. Between 1.3000 and 1.3020 there will be stops. So if you go long within an offer zone, your upside is limited as if price moves past the offer blocks highest level 1.3000 you will hit some stops and price will reverse.

You say when the stops above the offer block are triggered then price will reverse. Surely those stops are short stops which will result in the execution of market buy orders which will take the price higher?

Could you clarify please?

Don't BUY when your in an offer block, and don't SELL when your in a bid block.

If you buy when price is within offers, even scalping, then you are trading against the large money as their positions are being liquidated with the offers... reverse for bid blocks and selling.

If your going to buy near an offer zone, then wait for the stops to be hit above that zone and then wait for the reaction/retrace then look for a buy as the offers and stops above have been cleared that opens the door for the next block level.

The move up was nothing more then a touch of the r3 daily pivot. If one uses daily pivots, you will know all reverses happen at a daily pivot or middle pivot. Before this last leg up, look how many reverses we had before it actually touched the r3 pivot. 5 to be exact.

And you did applaude the shorts that day. Truth be told, I have a lot of respect for you and your trading abilities. I was not happy when you got the infraction , as I felt that was not warranted. More importantly, I am glad to see you are back.


But again - my comments were never really directed at you (other than the now challenge that I made for the 1.3050 water mark).


I am simply stating "We are at or near the very top. 1.3050 will not be crossed or hit - 1.27 is the target"

How everyone decides to view that comment is up to the individual trader.

If that last move was purely technical, I think it would of made a better attempt at seeing if 1.3025 could be taken.

All I am saying is that it was a nice fat finger move that allowed them to take out some stops and then sell hard.

I had a short that got stopped out but I am not angry at all about it, just the way of the game.
