Yes, zone is very heavy and keeps on holding both H4 and daily charts and I keep on talking about it. But right now, I am talking about h1 and this one is making another attempt to break.

werent we talking about rising wedge beeing bullish pattern? So the "last leg up" may really be up. We had few rising triangles during move since June and all broke up.

You know i dont give a damn about precise patterns or trendlines, but imo it looked somehow like this. Triangle, bull, ascending triangle, bull, even more ascending triangle, bull.

Good morning,
all am seeing is that the bulls are more agressive this morning.
For whatever reason there is not much supply currently at 1.2940 -50
Little rejection other then the initial stacked trades of Range traders
USDX has broken below rising 200 sma on hourly
This could well test higher levels of resistance on ECB

If the Bears wanted to sell they would have been selling more below current area. That they are willing to wait for Draghi before making sustantial offers....

USD and Euro are gaining strength but Euro gains more as shown by DXY, EUR/JPY, EUR/AUD, AUD/USD and GBP/USD.

Not sure if BoE will cut rate today.

You shouldn't be looking at where it has been, more where it has closed (1hr) in relation of that of previous support and resistance.

On the same token I must say I would probably never contribute to any thread/forum without the oversight to ensure respect and order as provided by PipTrapper. Thank you. There are not too many public places where you can have an adult exchange of views like here.

My viewpoint on Gold and EURUSD fundamentals might differ from the mean of this thread (not necessarily yours) but I will offer a more detailed explanation later.

I can say though that I think many underestimate (some don't even think about) the political and military motives as I indicated on my list to Sir8ob.
This is not conspiratorial theories but strategic necessities for entities who have the means and power.
It really do concern us who trade the EURUSD on a daily basis. When we think the pair will tank toward 1.0 then the forces who can move this pair thousands of pips might not have the motive and agree despite it may make fundamental sense. And I'm not talking about small fish like banks and hedge/sovereign funds. These entities are nothing in the bigger picture. Likewise when the pair race towards 1.6 the very same forces might not agree and therefore we might find that the pair will continue to swing around 1.33 because it makes sense in the greater political and military picture.

So who are these forces. Very simply it is the political top who have the full military power at their disposal together with Central Banks who in the end use small potatoes like big banks as tools to implement their goals. Entities who at will can remove all gold from private entities (as done in the past) like you and me should they find reason to do so.
