On a "normal" Thursday i'd say 2995 is wide open because 2920 held,
but maybe not on this kind of day.

Stops are simple to find when you trade the bid/offer levels.

For example offers were at 1.2940-50 this morning with stops above. Using a 5 minute chart you wait to see which price level the market moves to past the highest offer level of the block. The block in this case is 940/50, the high was 1.2958. So the stops start at 1.2959 up to the next offer block at 1.2970-80.

But remember, not all stops are to liquidate positions, some are to accumulate/add to positions.

The 355 million between 1.2970-80 is right for current market conditions, there is not a lot of flow on the EBS this morning ahead of the UK and ECB rates.

The current stall in the market at 1.2940-58 are longs liquidating positions. But there is not a lot of money here to fill the orders, hence why there is consolidation.
