DislikedIt's interesting to hearing people say that, in order to disappoint they must be an expectation of something in the first place and I am not sure anyone has quantified that this time. Last time it was clear that expectation was to confirm what actions would be taken, but this time what are we expecting, any ideas?
If it is confirmation that they have been buying bonds, then that is a double edge sword because the need to do so is bad and the doing so is good.....
The surprise might be that they were buying Spanish bonds this morningIgnored
