I covered that with my <1.2940 but typed it wrong

the value changes as time and price change with options... complicated to explain but time erodes value as it passes and price alters value according to proximity to strike price.

You can exit before expiry under normal conditions.

Good morning to all once again. I think trading becomes near impossible, especially to make profit. When you go into a session looking only to be either a BEAR or BULL. Many of us here said, EUR will drop because of what ever reason we told itself it will drop. Yet on the other hand, although the daily range has been small up to the moment. The reality is one could of easily earned 50 points by scalping.

We deflict and blame the big banks, or manipulation as to why the price isnt doing what we expect it to do. Yet the reality is if we take what the market gives us, we will be better off. We are all gambeling here. Lets face it. Yet why go to the casino and only bet on black when you can bet on red also.

stop trading ?
small small small lots in a big account ? with hedging position for only 5 % a years?
or crazy scalp for 3 or 4 pips a time ??? (impossible if you are not a BROKER)

London lunch, give it an hour and maybe we see drop.

I used to stop trading at the end of london lunch right when the good action started

it makes sense because its NY crossover right after they get back from lunch, aka prime time

not impossible at all...

i do it all day long. you could have just bought 17 and made 3 pips, then sold 21 and made 3 pips..

anyway not impossible you just need a tight 1 pip or less spread (and you cant be using 100s of lots..)


the best way to do it is with the M15 or M30 trend, especially into divergences or any key levels that need to hold, use a 10 pip stop if you want to be virtually guaranteed not to get stopped out.

contrary to what many people think you dont need a 2:1 RR to succeed if you have trades that succeed 90% of the time.
Be hopeful in a winning position, and fearful in a losing position.

Stop trading is a good idea.
Small small lots wont make sense, because you will end up adding new positions when your first order goes deep in red anyway.
Crazy scalp for 3 to 4 pips at a time is what you should do. Most brokers now offer eur.usd at under .7 spread. So if you focus on your entry by the time you get in you would of covered the spread. Try studying formations on 15m, 5m, or 1m chart and get pinpoint entries based on what you see. That will save you alot of time and guessing. Another suggestion is to trade binary options. This way you can earn a certain % based on a period of time. Since most of us like to guess anyway, why not bet that based on what your chart says eur-usd will stay between a range, it will touch or not touch, etc over a certain amount of time. That to me seems much more logical instead of posting your every thoughts on a forum and ranting about how manipulative the market is.

Pros and Cons there. Yes ideally, just go with the market. But with that there's some danger. Plenty of new traders will get emotional, end up buying the high, selling the low, and losing more than an entire day's range trying to follow it. How many would be better off just picking a direction, with the longer term trend, and trading only that way? Probably most.
