If it's about Ben i am not able to imagine anything less than thinking he is test-running the new Printing Press Factory.
He will surely report later today how it went, if there was any malfunctions of machinery (which i doubt), any problems of supervising personnel etc.
if any little doubt was there on this fed's evans has cleared it. the ink and machine both are in order and printing money. looks like they have stolen some ink from BoE and BoJ. Plenty of supply till 2015
