EUR/USD Outlook and Daily Forecast 26th September 2012

Technical View:

From an intraday technical perspective, price has this morning found support at the 1.2865 level. Notwithstanding a major rout that breaks support in early European trade, from here I expect to see a bounce back up towards the previously broken support at 1.2885 for a re-test as resistance. The next level up from there which should offer good resistance is 1.2900/10 area which provided very strong support yesterday and Monday. 1.2900/10 was also the pre-QE3 announcement price level. Now that we have managed to penetrate that psychological level to the downside, any visits above that level are a signal for me to sell… and sell I will.

EUR/USD: Offers 1.2950/70 with more 1.2980/00, Bids 1.2850/60, (1.2857 Sep 13 low) sell stops below through 1.2850 (and possibly 1.2840) ahead of more bids 1.2825/35 (tech support at 200 day MA at 1.2827) and 1.2800/10

All good...rest of my target reached 1,2866.
Now we'll see if it will head back up towards 1,311x or fall down towards 1,2600

I'm looking for a long opportunity during London...waiting to see if they want to test 1,2860 again.

am long intraday from 57 for all the reasons the orderboard clearly shows. takes guts to catch the falling knife though
not to mention very strong divergence for the bulls.

still have 66 long as well for intraweek.. ill tell you its at least 50 pip stop, 100 target would be nice

hope we finally see some decent upside here (as i am long of course..)

Be hopeful in a winning position, and fearful in a losing position.

didnt paniked when open my short 2920 few weeks ago.
I kept that position two weeks when euro was even 3172. and i didnt panic.
so now i closed my 2920 at 2870. made small profit, but if to panic i could close it at 3172

at 3172 level my position was -250$ of profit.
at 2870 level my position was +50$. i closed it. broker overnigth premium -28$

so 50-28= 22$ per two weeks
so if u wrong dont panic. just determine the risk and the amount of your capital.

i am playing with 10% of my capital not more. if i am wrong i have money to hold it even -1000pips
