when you watch charts carefully,

eg...
a moving average ( diagonal moves ),

when price can not break it with price move, then it stalls and wait until that diagonal move carry that level below or above of the stall level.
it breaks it with waiting means by time.

basicly price stays MA moves.

today prices crossed pivot in eur/ny session combine but failed to hit R1 this signals the weakness of bullish momentum, plus daraghi speech has no effect on the prices and more bad news coming from euro zone, my guess is we might see lower prices in coming hours

normally it should reject down from upper channel.

but that half bounce & spike worries me.

so better to wait and see.

It could well of finished on the upper channel it's just a matter of time. If it's over you'd expect to see 28's again

today's median price level is 2928 if prices on 15m TF closed under 2928 then my guess is we may test once again low of the day
