Okay I am back from the beach.

I see the talking heads (Draghi) have been laying down their verbal diarrhea again. That and positive fundies out of the US and also out of China overnight will make this day somewhat bullish. Therefore the USD will undoubtedly take another beating. I will wait to see how much of a beating it will take before making any more decisions.

In my mid term outlook, these price levels do not give me a favorable entry for maximum RR either way so I shall remain sidelined.

Despite the bullish sentiment today, I still maintain my bearish outlook for the Euro which will mostly come from the awful fundamentals out of periphery EZ countries and the global slowdown which is inevitable.

Technically, I am watching the falling channel resistance which currently comes in around 1.2975 area.

okay, so what is your point ? Other than being a dick ?

There's tons of reasons why this level was important, your Fibonacci second touch with PA making lower lows wasn't one of them.

could you explain the China relationship to me and how it is postive of negative toward the EURUSD. I have always traded what I see for the most part on indicators and S/R related PA with confidence mentality in mind with profit taking. Thanks!

Hi guys,

I am just passing by. Imo H1 chart is clear. Still fighting for montlhy zone. If we close above this week, I would be looking for a retracement back to zone to go long. If we wont break it now and are coming down, I am looking for @ ,268 zone for retracement with a pause 2813.

Hope you guys are making some pips here.

China's economic health is somewhat a barometer of the global economic health due to its strong export economy and weak consumer economy. This means that good economic numbers in China are an indication of spending by consumers in leading economies.

The problem I see with this is that China fudges the numbers to suit themselves. However, how the market reacts to the numbers is more important to us as traders than what the actual numbers are in the end.

1.2966 should be it today. It has been tested many times and bounced off. The markets still in a mixed sentiment otherwise it would've to the moon or at least 1.3030.
