LOL - a lot of volume came in on that push down at LO, then a 5m hammer with good vol, so some buyers / profit takers stepping in there...coffee and a Patience Pill...

Yes 9775 is the neckline and it has not been re-tested yet.

Eurozone Q3 GDP shows an annualized -2% contraction. Much worse than forecast by ECB. Looks like another 0.25% rate cut may be on the table next meeting.

There is hidden bearish divergence on THV3 weekly also. See aqua lines.

That 220 ema on 15 m was a tough nut, and I'm hoping 1.2992 holds the bounce.

BTW I noticed you have been trying to spread some insight over in the e/u troll thread. I haven't wasted my time over there in over a year. I may just pop in there one day and start some crap if my corn flakes get pissed on one day...Anyhoo......the trolls live on!

DJ MARKET TALK: Morgan Stanley Buying EUR/USD Amid Pullback
0750 GMT [Dow Jones] Morgan Stanley says it buys the into EUR/USD pullback, going long at 1.2990 with a stop at 1.2890, looking for 1.34 topside. The bank says given data risks from Europe Thursday it would not rule out further corrective activity, however the underlying positive trend is being set by the ECB and Fed policy. The bank says EUR/USD needs to stay above the key 1.2830 level [200DMA] to maintain the current bullish trend. 1.2963.

No it is not a rule, but it happens more often than not. When it doesn't happen immediately after break, it usually comes back to test it after the pattern is completed... but not always. It all depends on the strength of the trend.
