Same buyer there than previous big 15min candle.

I doubt it is about playing range, just killing some longs and shorts and getting cheaper price to buy.

Hourly close above 60 and next target is intraday high.

Nomura's Jens Nordvik says...

In order to for us to project a substantially higher EUR/USD rate, we would need a combination of the following:

(a) a more convincing compression in eurozone risk premia,
(b) evidence that cyclical conditions in the eurozone are improving (i.e. growth is returning), and
(c) evidence that global capital flows are pointing to more persistent dollar selling.

We don’t see any of these conditions materializing in the coming months.

Lets not forget, it was only a month ago that Lord Rothchild laid some heavy bet on the Euro dropping. Makes you wonder what kind of leverage he must be using

i know, but so far the Euro is a bit stalled to me, and though the trend is bullish, i still expect a further little drop. A 23.6% retracement will still be nothing when u compare it to the huge rally since mid-august

I hear ya.....I posted something earlier today about 1.2955 being a potential retracement...but truth be told, I don't use that method in my current form of trading.


Just be cognizant of 1.3077 - I have a good feeling it will be a catalyst for a big move.

the 1h chart shows a nice evening star. so i hope to see things going down a bit in Asia session. The 1.2990 level has to be retested.
