how long is 'long' term for you? Been trading for a while but somehow cant stick to a trade for more than a day.. which basically eats time.. what is the 'ideal' (of course ideal is stay long enough to take profit) time to stick with a trade?

neither the bears. we bounce at the 3050 then we should take out 1.3. furthermore... if we range entire ny session then odds are against bulls.

noone can predict the market. having hard time trying to see what's to come at the next session or next bar. 2400... not happening today.. lol

Took some stops out on crude.

Damn, it may be a hard drop from 42/43 into or a while after the close.
They think they are smarter than I am.

I closed the other half as well after this showed up into 30/33 resistance

has potential for higher but i think it over extended itself for now

Everybody has a different idea for what is the right amount of time.
I guess it all depends on your projected profit target. If it's 10 to 50 pips, then no more than a couple hours, but if you're looking for 500+ pips like I am, then the time could be anywhere between 1 week and a few months.

following 30 min are crucial for my long cadjpy. How is it that a good profitable trade with a good entry is near to become a bad trade ?
