The price was just slammed back down to the PVT. Why? Only a guess, but why else would the market suddenly drive price lower in an uptrend and pour on the trading at the lows achieved...., huh? The market is buying.

Nice! You may get some profit later as RBA will say something which I hope is positive for Aussie.

With the EMA34 Dragon below EMA89 Trend, ideally I look for a 1-2-3 wave which wave 2 will be a pullback up into the EMA34 Dragon and a bounce off EMA89 Trend would be a better setup.

The reaction now at 1.2472 is 61.8% fib-r of Monday' low-high and the nearest RN is1.2450.

Manage well and some pips in the bag.

EA Comment:

Right now the price is being rammed upwards to previous SR zone (and current PVT) on light volume, but still the highest volume is at the highest prices (look at your lowest TFs VSA). Seems the market is running stops and establishing higher prices for another round of short selling. This PA could end up creating a H&S formation (once price returns to the neckline) with a target area below the next lower whole number. This could make for a very nice short trade once we get a new SonicR short setup on M15.

My view on EURAUD:
After the bulliush rally for several weeks it undergone a 5-wave triangle correction and broke up last week.
Looks like a continuation of the major trend until I see a major reversal.
So any trade taken on lower timeframe is considered counter trend. CT trades can also be proftable when the correction is deep like the one yesterday.

For swing trading, I favour to look for trade setup when the EMA34 is above the EMA 89 and the usual 1-2-3 wave pattern with wave 2 pulback into the EMA34 and reverse upwards to form wave 3. This is my preferred high probability setup.

Nice spot on the Triangle. The thing about Triangles, if they occur in an impulse wave (versus a correction) as it did here, it is usually a wave 4 and only one more leg is remaining.

That being the case, the prudent thing to do is wait for confirmation wave 5 is over, assuming the Triangle is in fact a wave 4 (and it looks like it, it fits). A close under the E leg of Triangle would confirm, and sometimes you can count on a close under wave iii of 5.

EA is one of the better pairs for counting EW

p.s - Take a look at Weekly and the how price is currently getting denied at the final downward Trendline. If we think the bottom is in, maybe this is wave 1 up from bottom and an ABC correction will take place here before finally taking out this final downward trendline. Or, the market will do something completely different, such is the way of predictions

AU: Added short trade #2 during backtest of PVT. Set new, higher SL2. Was mental and still is, at least until CNY news is released. Raised TP1 several pips to align with DS2.

EU Comment:

With a EUR high impact release in about 6 hours, followed by a USD high impact release later, there is plenty of time for the price to be raised into the EUR release, held up until the USD release (give the BBs time to reverse positions), and then run back down.

Yeah, I know. Speculative. I really have no more of an idea what will happen today than you do.

H1 Dragon is flat, but PA has moved above a TL and currently sits around half number support area. I am looking for a possible asian session long scalp off a M15 Sonic R long setup. The stuff is all preliminary right now. Since the H1 trend is only recently dropping, I'm not sure what will happen. The preliminary targets are close in.

Edit: Well, forget that idea. PA starting down (pic. #3).
