did very big mistake in july by dont buying euro at 2100. i was very confident but the situation looked in the direction of 1.18.

LOL Yes you are absolutely correct. Normally, USD and EUR do not go up and down in unison, However, one can go up more than the other or vice versa. I've seen it many times although not for a sustained period of time, but that's history and the markets are dynamic and evolving. I would never dismiss unavoidable change. Regardless, I am looking at a period of lowered risk sentiment going forward for a while, and whilst I would agree that QE Infinity as it is today is quite risk bullish, it does not mean that it is equally USD bearish or EUR bullish. So far the extra boost of liquidity has gone in equities and commodities (especially gold) and will most likely continue in that direction. Until such time as the Fed decides to engage in outright purchases of US treasuries, the USD will not tank as you are perceiving it. On the contrary, I expect the USD to gain back at least half of the losses it sustained in the last two months and we should see the DXY retesting 82.00 resistance sometime soon. After that, I may be proven wrong and I will concede defeat and close my shorts for a slightly lower profit than I had anticipated.

looks like silver may finally be headed down (two H4 divergences) and double top

i closed 25% of my long @ 34.65 and want to buy back around $33.50 if possible

I use colors so I can distinguish them from each other..

Ever heard of a moving average envelope?? Do you know how powerful they are?

Yep,,heard of them....they are old as a dinosaur pee stain between your two front teeth. And yes, they can be powerful with divergence. If it works, keep doing it. When it doesnt work anymore due to market conditions, toss it.

In a short time frame, there is no right or wrong direction. There are pips to be made both ways. It's just a matter of risk management and a proper play of the probabilities.

also agree is not wise to short support, entry was well above,

many dynamic presently at work, very nice bull rally from support, fast and steep, could this be an expected retrace from that, or did pa hit the monthly weekly "down trend", we see how much this bounce is, and if there will be another attack 1 300ish, possible usa will decide todays fate for her, waiting is free
