Hmm made 20pips short (scalp) , lost 10 (when I tried to catch a spike up which didn't happen. now I am long again 1.3035 (1.3048 on futures)trying to catch a spike up but not happening. It is better to short this thing for short term , 'cause the trend is down.I am trading the futures contract by the way.

Still waiting for a nice 20 pip spike up on 5 min chart. my sl is -10 pip

eg 80.20 should support for today i guess ,

No, i trade the ES regularly. I just started trading the eur usd futures yestrday xD. Yesterday all i did is win( won 6 trades 16pip+)

Yea, it surely has bids there.

Problem is that it can't get there fast enough by itself, so need to pump up and get sold.

I am not waiting it to drift there, may take many hours. Hanging around few minutes with my screen and then its done for today i guess.
They think they are smarter than I am.

Hmmm... are you allowed to use 100:1 margin? If so, would that be initial or maintenance?

I remember getting really lousy fills and terms when I traded DXY and so I stopped... I've been meaning to look into this again as a way of circumventing the 50:1 thing with spot.

If I'm correct futures doesn't have a margin limit, so yes. I'm not sure but I think that's intraday margin ($500 for ES or 6E) http://www.mirusfutures.com/brokerag...ntract_details
