Traders read information, they analyze information, they wait for information - they make volatility because everyone can perceive information differently. But why do I write it ?

Because traders want to be in the market all the time. They look for the opportunities 45 minutes before publication when there is no opportunity even if technicals say so. They key to understand the market is to react on the information with a market flow.



I have forgotten to introduce myself. I have 10 years of experience trading markets. I saw really strange things on the market - long trend and fast collapses. I studied most of the technical tools. I stumbled I was overconfident I was amazed by this all beatiful analysis and this all finished in MC. I studied again and again and realized. Always behind it were fundamentals. Macroeconomic data and news publications. It was my breaking point.



After this time i have to say - it is not you nor me who moves the market - this is information and emotions and what you should do is to use volatility.

When information appears and emotion concerned with it no support or ressistance, no wave analysis, no mathematical model will work. Look for example at the level of EURUSD that we are at the moment. Were technicals saying that this is the end of the downtrend ? Were retail traders right ? I don't think so but information were. Reaction on the data is one of the most important factors you should look for and concluding:

German ZEW told you what is the direction for the moment ( it were better than expected and opposite reaction ). It is profit realization phase and slow downward move.

I'd have waited for 1,302x-3x important demand area.
The bounce off 1,304x ain't looking like positionning, more like someone using this area to unload shorts.
