More support is forming a few pips lower now. That looks almost 'algorithmic' or automated. Someone doesn't want price to dip here. I would say a full hour of solid support in a sub 10 pip range is quite unusual???

I gave a live call to short EURUSD on Friday. Click on link. This trade turns out to be a loss. EURUSD slices through this resistance zone like a sashimi knife. The bulls are firmly in control this week after Wednesday German court approval on ECB bond buying and Thursday FED QE3.

However, there is one important rule i wish to share. When this trade went wrong, i got out with a small loss of -35pips. I am immune to tiny losses. Tiny losses do not bother me anymore.

In the beginning of my trading career, i would not acknowledge my losses. I would not cut my losses. I would wail, cry, pray, play pretend for my losses to magically disappear. I remember this rule. The only way for any losses to disappear is to use your stop losses. The only way for any losses to be gone is to cut it when it is wrong.

Trading is a mind game. Train your mind to accept small losses.

Not unusual for things to grind to a halt on a Friday.

Euro has a long way to go up before Trend will stop. This is speaking from a long term perspective.

edit aussie is to now, her up while I was typing, but different chart types, kiwi is retest broken bottom of daily zone but aussie still just above but retsting a breached bear flag 1hr, see if 1 of them can hold and reject or even better both

I would also point of that price has just broken down through todays accending price channel which we should all have on our charts by now.

Usually that's a good signal but as said above it's getting late in the day now. So this is one to watch for Monday if nothing happens now. Personally I would not go long now unless price goes up and back into channel.

Got 3 small but profitable scalps for about +29 total this last hour or two. Missed a lot of pips this week but still ended up profitable so can't complain there. Gonna end my week here and plan on trading better next week. Have a good weekend all!

I'm just wondering if we can read anything into this current price support for Monday morning. Is price usually held tight like that late on a friday or does it usually float a bit more? Need to check charts.

Well said this is exactly what I used to do. Now I understand loss is a part of Forex. None can never ever be correct 100% in Forex...

well said and honest, i had a slight loss earlier but am running again. I think the answer is either you trade to accomodate losses or keep each loss small. happy trading
