Unbelievable what the QE can do, gold jumped more than 500 pips and will still pop up, s&p500 broke the 4y high and oil will soon hit the $100.

I think the pair will stay bullish until 1.35 then it will reverse, but maybe not.

ADD: I was laughing @ Draghi when he sounded angry answering a journalist Q "It is pointless to SHORT the EURO". Looks like he is laughing @ all those EURO Shorts. Really didn't expect the euro to reach that level so easily.

My suggestion is to wait until next week. Where will the market go ? We are near the top. The public misinformed thinks it is all good.

Fundamentally most here know it is all bad.

Now we look at first PERCEPTION and it is very positive. Draghi and Bernake saved the universe. Happy days are here again.

We can only go downhill from here.

We will see next week. One thing that I KNOW FOR SURE when the Dow sells off the money will return to the US Bonds and EUR/USD will go down.

Watch Gold to see its direction. Watch Oil and now watch the situation in Yemen, Libya and Egypt.

Fed Sets Open-Ended Asset Purchases to Spur Growth; Extends Low Rates Into 2015

The Federal Reserve opened a new chapter Thursday in its efforts to accelerate the economic recovery, saying that it would expand its holdings of mortgage-backed securities, and potentially undertake other new policies, until unemployment drops sufficiently or inflation rises too fast.

The Fed said that it will add $23 billion of mortgage bonds to its portfolio by the end of September and then announce its plans for October as part of a new process that aims to prioritize the Fed’s economic objectives.

The Fed also said, in a statement following a meeting of its policy-making committee, that it now expects to hold short-term interest rates near zero until at least mid-2015, extending the forecast it made in January by about half a year.

I think we will jump right into the 3000 zone area with a strong move tomorrow and possibly slowly move up similar like the attached pic. Not sure we will see a drop for a while. It will hit more resistance but probably will channel up slowly.


EDIT: Can you believe it the ASIAN market actually made a HIGH which shows you this thing is going high.

Added the long to AUD/USD and short to GBP/AUD as it's pretty much correlated. Keep pressing the mouse button after hearing the news until stopped by the broker. Missed several other pairs too but overall doing fine.
