It should go up to about 1.3 maximum tonight and tomorrow morning after unemployment claim it should drop down.

i think we won't have QE3 tomorrow, it will be after the elections and once the fiscal cliff is solved in the US...

Fed needs to keep some artillery for later.

I am on the very opposite boat, the chances of QE3 are pretty high... The economic indicators have turned down and the Fed has been signaling they are willing to do something about it. Will QE3 work? I honestly have no idea but it does give some hope.

Hope is already on market. I dont think so, FED gonna do something HUGE becouse:

- In EU is some positive moves,

- and the most important thing is, FED dont want to be on any political side especialy before elections.

they will do something like extend Opetration twist maybe, but a big QE3 would be risky ahead of elections, fiscall cliff deadline, and end of the year natural slowdown (holidays)

Announcing it doesnt mean carrying it out
A 1 pip gain is better than a 1 pip loss.
