Yup. And to go down with this much momentum, we need a topping pattern.

Actually little surprise it stopped at 2875, it needs to test high and fail before more down.

But I'm pretty sure nothing drastic will happen for the next 24 hours. After that point, markets are going to go wild.

They are waiting for the Dutch exist polls ... i think they due in few hours !
I'm expecting Green news for Longish ! If it happened , we will see 1.29550 - if not , maybe back drop to 1.28550 ..

IMO if no QE3, sell off will happen but will not be as severe as many think.

Because if not this month, then very soon after it. It's inevitable and the markets have realized that. Who cares if the timing is wrong by a month or two. A year or two then yeah, we can enter a new bear market, but a a month... no we will just consolidate then go higher once QE3 finally is official.

As always just my opinion.
Be hopeful in a winning position, and fearful in a losing position.

its what i would call a "stick or twist level".

Look at the yellow circle.
that point is importand for further trend determination.
if it will go up from it we will go to 3800 at the begining of 2013
if it will go down from it we will back to 2000 and even 1700

This Dutch election might become a god damn night mare , if no one seized the majority and could be formed to became a failed government and hit the progress EUR is making ... ( Which is a senario will be far worse than Greece Election )
