As I understand: ESM is ok for germany, but only if germany can decide whether they can say yes for an aid (example for a country) or no.

This is rediculous ! He says: barrier is 2xx billions for germany. but ESM is ok.

makes no sense. cause the ESM says: this is not possible.

So german law agaist european law. That's why euro is not really moving...

So Draghi was wrong, the buyout is not unlimited, the limit from the German side is €190Billion and further funds require German parliament approval.
