So, around 100 pips left till 1.3000 level. Tomorrow FED is coming with decision. This should end this bull rally and bring back power into bears' control.

I read the article Bro. Vincent has not clue how to trade, he is just another parasite around the financial market. Another "specialist'.

He says the same thing that million of parasite do. Nobody knows how and if the market is going to react to it.

Only in exceptional cases that the supreme courts oppose frontly and invalidate totaly an important political decision (as it is in this case).
It's better to validate the text with restrictive interpretation i.e The law is constitutionnal but only if rule 1 is read as following and rule 3 as following etc...
So for me the question is not if the text is constitutionnal or not ? The question is how many restrictive interpretation that the court would give to the text.
The market is unable to understand that instantly. Even an army of lawyers need time to analyse a major court decision.

The dollar should see some support at these levels.

We know what that should mean for Euro.

Finally going to see a down day. I'm pretty sure anyway..

Just waiting for the setup. Looks like we potentially have one now..

took a speculative trade.

sell 1.2881, stop 1.2904. -> now at be.
buy stop 1.2904, stop 1.2895 -> changed to buy stop 1.2885, stop 1.2876.

total risk, 23 pips for sell, 9 pips for buy. if both stop out 32 pips.

yep agree 100% devil is in the writing, and agree even if is yaye, the restrictions applied will bascally negate everything right back to the original application, what is interesting tho is how they will determine the individual injunctions, lawyers have been smiling ever since the 1st cracks strted to show in eurozone

what interesting is that, i wonder how long is this bull run, will it plunge like during the ECB the last time, that it dropped 200 + pips within a span of mere 30 minutes.

But the probability of going higher is much higher, but the moves will be in like another 50-100 pips, the drop could mean reversal.

Sorry, what do you mean by individual injunctions? I'm surely misunderstanding you.
The decision would have an erga omnes effect and no need to give individual injunctions.
