I think FXStreets logic is how the bullish trend ignored the good news for $ at the beginning of the move and continued climbing even when Bernanke did not mention QE3 also Draghi's Euro fix is still not a magic bullet so thhe current upturn maybe pricing in which would reverse if the Fed does not deliver on thursday

Do the math, it is about 750 pips higher or just a little less than the move so far off the bottom from almost two months ago.

So if you have two months of trading time to spare and tie up trading funds that long then yes I guess you could say it is not that far away.

They need short, because they want to get they money back (because they were in long position) Like a balance: if you want to get something, you need to put some on the other side (they want to close the long positions, so they need shorts on the other side due to poise)

So Euro will going up again, 1.29 is the new stop. Up, up and away

I just want to get this clear, what would German court approving ESM with condition mean to the market?

I understand that Conditions would vary but can someone give a broad view of possible conditions which might be imposed and what these varying conditions would mean to the market specifically.

for instance limit the amount of money germany can put in the ESM, as well as restricting its use, or the way decisions are made...

well, just a lot of strings attached to create a nice sell-off on euro :-)

I think that is a very good question, more important then any other technical question and I am very happy to share.

All my entries had a 3 time atr SL based one the 4htf (around 100 pips) on this account I risk 10% per entry.

After the first entry I bought when prices increased of 1 atr around 20 pips (4h tf).

When I gain my risk I trail the SL to BE, when I gain double of my risk I trail my SL to + one risk.

At this point I only got one lot that has nor reached 200 pips but the SL is trailed to BE.

Now if she goes against me I would make 60% of my cap from the 7/9.

REally What I should do now is to buy 60% of my cap placing a SL at -100, then if she goes against me I will close at BE.

But I think I do not have the courage to do that,(shitting myself) but I am thinking about it.

I hope it helps a bit.

Are these viewed as equally bad or is there a one in particular that is the worst of the lot?

nice... yea probably a good idea.. if news goes in your favor you could easily triple your account. I would probably hold positions as they are in good profit... and see where it takes you... USD has already broke support.

If the esm does not conflict with the German Constitution, so you can fast your seatbelt, the euro will go up, as the swallow
Oh, and the court will not attached any string, this is not his job
