Not heard about Nicolas, but there is particular way of pyramiding, which is techincally not pyramiding. I am sure Nicolas would have been doing this if he managed to grow his account from 25,0000 to 2M in several trades and not just one. Jesse used to do the same thing. I never came across any of his statements saying how much he risked, but that is for sure it was way more than 1%,2% or 3%.
I think Jesse was the kind of person that was risking so much to test the market. I think for us risking 20% in one go will be too much.
But I think you can build it slowly, let say you scattered the 1% in 10 entries (about 10-20 pips distance). Once your last entry gains what you risk, let say 100 pips all SL will be moved to BE.
Then once we gain 200 pips all the 10 entries SL will be brought +100 pips and another 10% will be entered with a SL of 100 pips.
NOw if the market goes down 100 pips from the last entry we BE. (Actually we will make a bit).
But if it continues in our direction further stakes will be entered as the last one.

don't worry we will see it again as long as Germany with euro , but don't ask me when ,

is 4th option, forget grexit italy spain portugal exits, easiest option for everyone is germany extis = no euro, back to original, yes will be huge mess, but already huge mess

Just stop being paranoid about the SL. Of course they are gunning for them. Wouldn't you? Just set your SL according to the PA and trail it according to the PA as well.
Setting the SL to BE is another fairy tale. I don't want to BE, I want to make money. Leave the SL where you set it first, and if the PA warrants it, move it up later, but not at BE, move it where the PA tells you the trade will become invalid.
I have yet to see a post of yours that I would disagree with.
