i also belive in ew counts and big fan...many ew experts use divergance 2 confirm there counts...

thats the point ...we all ppl think the cycel to over yet .. but its over...u can see in that weekly chart..when euro go 2 in 1873 low in 2010..macd 2 line show already divergance..and in 2012 price did not break 1873 support.. in past week i also think euro cant break 2750 area..but last trading day u see euro weekly close above 2800...next res is 3500

i will also show u gold and silver daily and weekly charts they show same thing....(divergance) ....silver show weekly and daily clear divergance..

all depends how you draw that trendline in the RSI. As I told you the low could be done but us index tell one more high with thee dollar

Hey guys. Speaking of Gold, did anyone else notice that the "Perfect" Triangle was completely destroyed in the screw the shorts process?

There is no good way to count the crap off the bottom as an impulse, it can be done, but its butt ugly. Sure E waves are the most unpredictable, they can be very short, go right to other side or even overshoot, but at least there has to BE AN E WAVE! Not so here. No impulse, no Triangle, someone want to put a count on this, be my guest

You know what, I just realized my mistake here, damn it I don't know how many times I get caught in this trap (drawing TL from the top)

Of course, D is allowed to go as high as B, but not above, so may not even be finished.

This will be interesting, with Fed meeting on Thurs, that does not give time to make an E wave since this is a Weekly Pattern.

OK, we do not like to se a breaking channel, especially when it has resisted many attempts of breaking like this channel.


But keep the following in mind:

Imagine an impulse. When we have wave 1, wave 2 and wave 3 we draw a channel to "estimate" wave 4 ending. But wave 4 relatively often breaks this channel and we simply draw a new one when we have wave 4 established.

This time we build a channel based on wave 2, wave 3 and wave 4


So it is not so much of a tragedy when a channel breaks.


Ok, in the recent case we have to do a bit research now and look for alternative counts.

I wil publish later my views.....
