I agree , its not that far at all. However there seems to be a really big block of indecision in the past between 1.29 - 1.32.

Which is why no one following this thread. Uses high leverage. So much GUESSING, and lines on a chart, that it creates false expectations. Which is why so many here end up losing when it is all said and done. If people would simply focus on perfecting their entry point, and using high leverage correctly. You will notice you can make more money on a 20 point swing, then a 500 point hail mary.

Interbank market targets stops at 1.2823.

But likely no use to buy now, there is a risk that they will sell it lower and position may be underwater when markets (your platform) open for the public on Sunday/Monday night.

Another case is that if stops get run, the price could hit air pocket and is not much use of selling there either.

Too much advantage for market movers.

Figured out myself. It would be most likely place where stops reside at weekly level.

Did you notice eurgbp last minute breach of 0.80000 on US markets close.
Everything points into that.

very cool. expecting a pull back sometime next week myself. looking at the weekly picture however... looks like bulls just starting to wake up. bears might be in for a big surprise.

Decide to short NZ 0.8120

Man back to turtle mode trading all next week to rebuild an lick my wounds

I think so, but does not concern my position trades, I am going for a long run and I am not to get out of trades that are showing me profit. I might be wrong, that is very much possible, but now with this big run all my SL will be moved to BE and keeping a large SL.

Exactly. Some people and their predictions make me here puke. Right now as long we are in this uptrend its better to be long with reasonable stop loss.

But I don't know if I'm here with you using high leverage and a perfect entry point.

For me scalping is the best in the morning right before London opens and in the last hours of NY session. Markets are more predictable and its much easier to enter in a perfect entry position.

So you are using 500 leverage or what (because you are speaking about 20 pips) ?!

Actually I'm quite successful with that too but I won't stick to that strategy because using a high leverage can ruin my money management and my morale in case of loss.

Today I've earned 145 pips (my personal record in my brief career of trading) and its less stressful to risk 1% of your acount for similiar gain. But on the other hand you are right, moves like today are very rare.

If you only look at EU, you could be right, but more pairs are about to turn around (maybe).
Aud/Usd might bump into 1.0412 resistance same time as EU bumps into 1.2423 and Ucad is I think close to support, or has already touched support @ 0.9765

My view:

The 38 retrac of the previous leg is at 2870 which is above the weekly DTL. I do not think it will easy around there. There is also a 61.8 retrac of the smaller leg, but that will be above the same DTL.

The 50 retrac is 3138 and the 61.8 is 3340 but she need to deal with another weekly DTL.

If she goes over those last 2 points then she has to deal with 100% of the leg and a monthly DTL @ 4220 about.

Of course this is all prediction or BS, but lets say that I am right for one moment and buying is made only when the tape is showing profit building/currying a huge stake that will be protected all the way up, I think the account will grow to a considerable amount.

There is not charge for dreaming.

EDIT: I forgot to mention, Draghi, Monti, Merkel, Obama and my dog which I do not have.
