...and as long as everyone is using sound risk management and not over-leveraged, then nobody should be hurt so bad that they cannot live to trade another day.

Tom,
My theory for trading is to watch for the anomalies in the landscape.
So I have at any one time 35 + charts spread across my field of vision giving me a macro view of the currency planet. Multiple pairs and crosses, equities, commodities, bonds.

This way it lessens my chances of getting blindsided by something happening in one region of the big three, as I am aware of what is going on basicaly to some extent, everywhere.

It does weaken my ability to trade the short term charts, but it helps holding on for the bigger moves.

So the impacts on other markets which ultimately feed back to the one most interested in stays available.
