any one know what figures were brannished for qe3, as it may be a big driver for this pa.. what do you think' thread'?

Looks as if it is starting to affect the Dax to the negative.
A collapsing USD just puts more pressure on Europe's ability to earn much needed income.

numbers? who needs stinking numbers?

just the mere possibility of QE3 is worth many hundreds or even of thousands of pips in upward movement for the EURO....its the new normal

A few FED members have hit the airwaves talking up QE and/or increase in unlimited asset purchases at next weeks FOMC. Of course it's being reported on all newswires in last few hours

Posted awhile back saying that regardless of the outcome the low of euro must return to norm prices. 1.28 range to 1.33. It will be untill end of 2012. Still, no QE by then in 2012, and it affects nothing.

Maybe 2013, we will see 1.20 levels again.

no no no, he will encourage the rally...maybe something like "we are committed to full unilateral, bilateral, omnilateral unlimted policy actions and funding mechanisms to ensure both the eternal soveriegnty of all member states yet with strict and automatic strictures and controls of all economic governance going forward to be effective as soon as possible as we work through all these problems over the next many years."

The only thinkg that's giving me hope right now that we will not close above 1.2800 is the chart below. 10Y US Bond yield. Yields have dropped like a stone in the last 15 minutes indicating people are buying the US$.

When I am talking about Grade 2 attempting to stard trending, I mean this wave count. Those are daily closes and captured chart took current price at 2795 as todays close. So currently, we are trending with strength of 115%, and about 725 pips. Still, day is far from over, we didnt even close next h4 (which is scarry), but imo this is what bulls are fighting for right now.
