It would have to come out supportive of equities but not so supportive that it takes QE off the table (that would buckle equities)

Hi guys,
Been a while since my last post but was on holiday mode and now back to reality....
Ok, my view on our beloved pair, as i stated before my holidays i said that EURUSD will most like range between 1.2050 - 1.2450 and a break either side will result in a 300 pip move.
I also have some dreadful short positions with a VWAP rate of 1.2440, i was waiting for a FS with a break of the 1.2550 level to short of which i took but soon found myself taking profits in order to scale in from my other positions and keep my account in green. Yesterday i took a long position at 1.2580 and i have just taken partial profits as 1.27 is a psychological barrier and the 1.618% from Sep 4th high to sep 5th low, 2/3 of my position closed with profit and my SL is now at BE.
for some reason i think we we will see a pop in EURUSD no matter what number is released as this will be based on all the HOPIUM out there. Its still very difficult to determine what exactly is going on, but as a trend follower i have to follow the intra day trend. Whereas long term i am bearish this pair and therefore still holding onto my shorts

We may even test 1.28 by end of day or come crashing down from the current level we are at now. damn its exciting isnt it...?

hi all, if euro smashes past 1.2750, then next real resistance looks like 1.3050...a great way to kill the shorts completely...its looking extremely unlikely that euro is going back to 1.20 or lower...though looking at all the actions taken, i cannot exactly see how countries like greece/portugal/ireland have been saved, and nor where the money is coming from...
