The entire area between your (3) and (b) is forming its own channel. So far the PA has ignored the bigger channel and I don't see any particular reason why it would necessarily go for the top part of the channel instead of the bottom. And if it goes for the bottom it necessarily breaks the smaller channel with all the chances in the world to continue down.

Also that C wave would have to break that smaller and larger channel to be valid. It might happen! But to break both channels would be a very large selling pressure and if rusty still has another leg up (which I agree needs to happen) that would be extreme selling pressure. I believe that we are in a final 5th impulse wave up. Which means that NFP should miss tomorrow or we will see a push up in Frankie and London, which I doubt we will see.

Only reason for this is NFP. I will ultimately regret I did this, but I have to trust my gut on this one. I have a bad feeling there's going to be a wicked move in both directions, taking out all the retailers before trend resumes.

I am starting to think, EUR has still more room for uptrend. Looking at the wave count uptrend should end at 1.2730.

I am currently holding a short from 1.2630, will exit at retest of the lows where wave 4 should end (1.2505 - 1.2470) also it could allign with the uptrendline bounce, and take a long from there to 1.2730

Tomorrow is another big day may be some wild swings is on the cards...

Because now we are in the process of making big wave 4 in the above chart, i pulled the fib retracement levels from the 2 to wave 3 , and the .382 level comes at 1.2443 area...... so wave 4 could be anywhere from 1.2440 till 1.2480.

Also looks like AUD has completed wave 4(1.0310) retracement in 4H, and it has some 200 Pips to travel further south to complete wave 5....May be EUR also could travel 200 Pips south to 1.2440....

They both kind of allign......

NFP day we could see 200 Pips movement.....

Have to wait and see...

I believe this Macro wave 4 will end around.2730ish, basing on Monthly and weekly chart and then move into wave macro Y pattern on the Montly. Drawing a trend line down on the Monthly we could be seeing some resistance. Wave 5 down I having it max out around .1175ish which will hit bottom support line X. 1500 pips from here, could happen. OK, when it comes daily waves, i have wave 4 end at 1.2880 - 1.3000 area....
Then down towards 1.1400

So looks like we are doing a ABC in 4H where C comes at 1.2880 - 1.3000.

A = 1.2730 , B = 1.2300 ? and C @ 1.3000 ? , where a = c which is allmost 700 Pips.

my asian levels have printed am updating charts now, presently they above both zones, so I will try small shorts, and see how they go, will add if can get mid or below zones, pretty standard pa today, will reassess this hourly close.
