Fundamentally, equities are bullish because the smart money was waiting for Europe to do something. Europe did something so now they are jumping in as the PE (Price to Earnings) ratios are very low. Therefore certain dividend paying equities now offer some great value... certainly much better than 1.6% on a US 10 year bond.

Don't worry though... Those who have been hanging on for a higher price on hope of Fed intervention will probably start getting their profit targets hit and will start cashing out.

One thing I've always wondered... Have you ever notice that when orange juice is up, coffee is down and vise versa. One day I will figure out this inverse relationship.

OK guys. I'm done for the day. 150+ pips on E/U today. Almost roundtrip.

I have to take wife to the city, , but I'm craving for a tasty Greek gyros as well.

GL guys. I may be back later on in the evening.

What if we get a good NFP number tomorrow and USD sell off like 2 months ago? Sounds very irrational. Glad I closed my short from 1.265 @ 1.56 and went long. This Market is starting to piss me off, but I am staying cool

Theoretically, a good NFP number tomorrow should unwind the QE3 Hope/Fear trade and boost the USD and other risk assets (except the Euro and the Yen) simultaneously... Theoretically.

Okay we're all set. Everything out there is at key levels. Short of a profit taking spree at day's end, I'd say we're done for the day.

Tomorrow's NFP is really going to be the key event now.
